Belterra
Belterra is a master planned community with numerous amenities including walking/jogging trails, parks and pools and an in-neighborhood elementary school. Homes in Belterra began construction in the early 2000’s and continue today, with homes built by Buffington, David Weekley, Highland, Sitterle, and Streetman. Homes sold in Belterra range from the high $100,000’s to over $400,000 in 2009-2010. These solds were a mix of resale and new construction.
Located off of Highway 290 southwest of Austin, Belterra is a popular commuter community to both Austin and Dripping Springs.
