Polo Club
The Austin Polo Club community is located about 20 miles southwest of Downtown Austin, off of Highway 290. The exclusive gated community offers home owners a beautiful hill country setting in a neighborhood centered on a love of the game of polo and horses. While most of the properties are valued over half a million, there are homes that sell in the $300,000-$400,000 range. The lot sizes vary from 1/3 of an acre to over 3 acres. The schools for the Polo Club neighborhood are Dripping Springs Elementary, Middle School and High School.
The Polo Club is home to UT’s polo team www.utpolo.com. The membership club includes equestrian facilities such as stables and riding trails, which home owners can also take part in at an additional cost outside their HOA fees.
