Crestview is a trendy north-central Austin neighborhood with a dense population, wide tree lined streets, and a great sense of community. Crestview is bordered by Burnet Rd, Lamar, and Anderson Lane creating an easy commute to downtown or UT. The new light rail in Austin will have a stop at Crestview Station in this neighborhood which will be located at Lamar & Airport Blvd, making commuting from this area even easier.
The majority of homes in this subdivision were built between 1950-1959. Many offer detached garages, or a simple one car garage. In 2009, the Crestview subdivision had 56 sales with a high sale of $405,000, and low sale of $160,000. This wide gap shows that there are properties of all kinds in this eclectic hot spot.

We LUV Crestview — local grocery store, cleaners and awesome deli…not to mention several options for drinks, food and shopping. It’s certainly the people that make this place so special — it’s simply a joy to live here! Crestview = UNIQUENESS! Since living in the area, we have had neighborhood parties, jam sessions, pilates classes and, above all, a true sense of community. There is no place like Crestiview.
