Sunset Canyon

Keep an eye open for deer as you make your way into this picturous neighborhood.  Sunset Canyon is a great place to call home for those looking for that individual house, with most of the homes built by custom or local builders on acreage lots since the 1980’s to present day.  Just west of The Polo Club, Sunset Canyon is a rolling, private neighborhood with most lots in the ½ to one acre range.

The community has a voluntary and mandatory HOA, based on your deed restrictions.  This allows homeowners a bit more freedom to build other structures on their property without as many neighborhood restrictions as you find in areas with a mandatory HOA.  www.sunsetcanyon.org

This community is part of the highly acclaimed Dripping Springs ISD and just a quick trip up Highway 290 to Austin or down to the city of Dripping Springs.  Amazing hill country views as well as privacy are found in many of the homes sites.  Add that with the individual architecture of the houses, Sunset Canyon is a great neighborhood to call home.
