Homes in this established area were built in the 1970’s and 1980’s, so the community has a cozy at home feel.  The streets are lined with massive trees, and unique construction.  Homes in this subdivision  range in size from around 1900 sq ft to 3700+ sq ft, and many have been updated or remodeled as times have changed.
